From Aetna: Will Continue Mammogram/Cervical Coverage Policies
With confusion caused by the recent publication of new guidelines, Aetna would like to allay some concerns   Aetna’s coverage policies for annual screening mammograms for women beginning at age 40 and annual cervical cancer screenings with no age restrictions remain unchanged for members with preventive care coverage.  For further details, please read the following release from Aetna.
