Program cost is $25 per person for QMS or MSSNY member offices or $45 per person for non-member offices.
Representatives from the insurance carriers will speak for approximately 45 minutes to one hour, including general Questions & Answer sessions. Each carrier will answer specific questions that are submitted in advance first.
Schedule: Registration and Continental Breakfast - 8:00a.m.
Welcome - 8:30 - 8:45 a.m.
Session 1 - 8:45 - 9:45 a.m.
Break 9:45 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Session 2 - 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Break 11:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.
Session 3 - 11:15 a.m. -12:15 p.m.
Submitting Your Questions
All questions must be typewritten or neatly printed. Please use complete sentences. Include additional paper, if necessary. DO NOT send CMS form copies, EOBs, or other insurance data. Questions may also be e-mailed to info@QueensMD.org and “Tagged Ask the Carrier Question” or faxed to (718) 268-6918, attention Vivian.
Deadline for submitting questions is June 19, 2009.
IMPORTANT NOTE: PRESENTERS TYPICALLY WILL NOT ANSWER QUESTIONS UNLESS THEY HAVE THEM AHEAD OF TIME FOR PREPARATION.
ALL SUBMITTED QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED FIRST.
